The Physicians’ Impact Fund was created by physicians and friends in the Greater Charlotte region to improve the health of our community. Since its inception, PIF has raised over $2.0M for area nonprofits focused on healthcare including Care Ring, Project Life, The Ronald McDonald House, MedAssist and HeartBright.
How does it work?
Through the power of collective giving, Physicians' Impact Fund awards high-impact grants on an annual basis. All members are encouraged to recommend organizations for funding and participate in the final vote decisions.

Why should I participate in The Physicians' Impact Fund?
We have great news about this year's campaign. A group of community leaders has committed to matching up to $300,000 per year for the next five years to take the impact of Physicians Impact fund to the next level. Additionally:
Your contribution is tax-deductible
100 % of your contribution goes back to the community because Novant Health Foundation Presbyterian Medical Center covers the administrative costs for the fund.
100% stays local--all contributions stay in Mecklenburg County.
A $1000 contribution equates to $38.46 per bi-weekly pay period or $2.74 a day… less than a cup of Starbucks! (Novant Health employees may take advantage of payroll deduction. )
